If you want a slower start, open text chat with women from the product by going to messages first. Type a short hello. You do not need camera permission for that step. Live video is a later choice, not an automatic upgrade after login.
Message lists are not guaranteed to show people for every visitor at every moment. If the inbox looks empty, you can browse profiles or enter matching instead of waiting on a blank thread. Logging in also does not promise you will return to the exact page you left.
Open messages before any camera
- Go to /messages on Chatspin.
- Start a conversation from a profile or from the messages area if someone is available.
- Keep the camera off. A text screen is not a live video room.
Lead with a simple written hello
- Say hello
Open messages and send a short text greeting.
- Continue by text
Keep the camera off while you see if the exchange feels mutual.
- Suggest video
Ask once, clearly, only if both of you want a live room.
- Allow camera when ready
The browser prompt appears when live video actually starts.
Write the way you would in a first message anywhere: who you are in one line, one easy question, no demand for video. If you want examples of ordinary questions, the conversation starters guide is for live video, but the same calm tone works in text.
How to tell if you want to keep chatting
Keep going if replies come back, the tone stays respectful, and you are not being rushed. Pause if the other person is delayed, one-word, or asking for money or off-site contacts immediately. You can stop without a speech. Comfort is a valid reason to stay in text only.
When it is reasonable to mention live video

Mention video after there is a bit of back-and-forth, not as the first sentence. Ask once, clearly: whether they want to try a one-on-one live chat. If the answer is no or not now, stay in text or leave. Suggesting video is not a right to receive it.
When the browser may ask for camera and microphone
The permission prompt appears when a live video feature needs those devices. It should not appear merely because you opened messages or this article. If you do move to video, allow access then, or stay in text. For the menus, see enabling camera and microphone.
Do not push if they are not ready
Repeating “turn your cam on” after a no is pressure. Accept the boundary. You can keep texting, browse someone else, or go to matching on your own time. Their pause is not a negotiation.
If video is not happening
- Stay in the text thread if both of you still want that.
- Browse other profiles, including online lists, without starting a room.
- Enter random matching if you now want live video with the next available woman.
Chatspin is 18+. Text can start without camera access. Live video may later use regional free attempts, then tokens. VIP is not required to send a message.
